Provide a brief description of your organization below: <br /> The City of Aurora Water Department provides water, sewer and storm water services for the entire <br /> City of Aurora. The Director of Aurora Water is Peter Binney. It is the third largest municipality in <br /> Colorado with a population of 310,000. In 2006 the City of Aurora Water Department had an annual <br /> budget of$431 0Q0((11- The Water Resources Division manages Aurora's water rights and storage. <br /> In 2006 the Water Resources Division's operating budget was $19,000,000. <br /> The Board of Water Works of Pueblo, Colorado (the Board) is a quasi-municipal entity. The Board <br /> consists of five members elected from the city at large. Each member serves a six year term. The <br /> terms are staggered. The Board hires an Executive Director, Alan Hamel, who manages the daily <br /> operations. The Board manages Pueblo's water rights and storage inventory along with furnishing <br /> treated water to the inhabitants of Pueblo. The Board's 2006 budget was $25,478,048. <br />
