Please include estimated Study, <br /> Planning, Engineering, and Construction costs, if known: <br /> A copy of the budget for the proposed project is attached for your review. The project is a six year <br /> project beginning in 2007 and extending through 2012. The majority of costs will be incurred during <br /> the first two years of the project. The costs for 2007 and 2008 include fabrication of the fen harvesting <br /> equipment, harvest and receiver site preparation including transportation and construction costs, and <br /> fen harvesting. Years 2009 to 2012 are primarily monitoring and documentation of the relocated fen <br /> and the harvested area.
