RECEIVED
pfl JUN 12 1998

Enclosed are the Exhibits to be included with the deed 0 trust descriptions of the Vail
Associt\tes. Eagle River Water & Sanitation District and Upper gle Regional Water Authority
water rights. Also enclosed is a copy of a table prepared by Tho " iamsen regarding the
amount of these various water rights that are needed to create th 20,3 acre feet of finn yield in
Eagle Park Reservoir. Given this table. the acre feet amount, w' ~Iiisted in the first draft of
the deeds of trust, are far too high for the District and Authority. I suggest we go with the
highest (1961) number in the enclosed table, In other words, 201 acre feet for the Authority and
174 acre feet for the District.
