The Deed of Trust to be executed by Vail Associates should eliminate paragraph <br />4(b)(1) and the 200 acre feet of paragraph 4(b)(2) should be increased to 250 acre feet. <br /> <br />2. The Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority Deed of Trust should reference 177 <br />acre feet of the described water rights. <br /> <br />3. The Eagle River Water and Sanitation District Deed of Trust should reference 201 <br />acre feet of the described water rights. <br /> <br />The above water rights total 628 acre feet which corresponds with Tom's letter to you. <br />Please call me if you have any questions regarding this matter. <br /> <br />~S, <br /> <br />Glenn E.
