I <br /> Furthermore, beginning in 1987 the Executive Director of the Department of Natural <br /> Resources (DNR) delegated to the Director of the CWCB the authority to administer his <br /> responsibilities under CRS, Title 36, Article 20, Weather Modification Act of 1972. <br /> 1.4 Customers <br /> The Board's customers include the General Assembly, the Board members, the Board <br /> staff, other state agencies, cities and counties, water user organizations, federal agencies, <br /> environmental organizations, and the general public. The Board interacts primarily with <br /> the following state agencies: <br /> Governor's Office <br /> DNR/Executive Director's Office <br /> DNR/Division of Water Resources <br /> DNR/Division of Wildlife <br /> DNR/Colorado Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation <br /> DNR/Colorado Geologic Survey <br /> Colorado Attorney General's Office <br /> Colorado Department of Local Affairs <br /> Colorado Department of Transportation <br /> Colorado Department of Health <br /> Colorado Department of Agriculture <br /> Minerals, Energy and Geology Policy Advisory (MEGA) Board <br /> 1.5 Business Services <br /> The CWCB carries out most of its statutory responsibilities through the following <br /> major programs: <br /> Water Supply Planning and Finance Program <br /> (Formerly—Water Project Construction Loan Program) <br /> Water Supply Protection Program <br /> (Formerly—Interstate Streams Investigation Program) <br /> Flood Protection Program <br /> (Formerly—Floodplain Management Program) <br /> Stream and Lake Protection Program <br /> (Formerly—Instream Flow/Natural Lake Level Program) <br /> Conservation Planning Program <br /> (Formerly— Water Conservation Program) <br /> Water Information Program <br /> The CWCB also participates actively in the following federal and interstate programs: <br /> Salinity Control Program <br /> Endangered Fish and Recovery Implementation Programs <br /> National Flood Insurance Program <br /> Glen Canyon Adaptive Management Program — <br /> CWCB FY99 Annual Report,page 6 <br />
