The project also <br /> consisted of re-construction of the existing headgate structure and a new division box at the Multa <br /> Trina Ditch. The Glenwood Springs office of the Natural Resources Conservation Service prepared <br /> ' the project design. Project construction commenced November 1, 1997 by the Ditch Company's <br /> own forces.
