The first project was completed in 1977. By the end of FY98, the fund <br /> provided over $144 million in loan financing for 190 water projects. A list of the <br /> completed projects financed through loans from the Construction Fund is shown in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> ' Sixteen CWCB Construction Fund loans representing over $20.12 million, as shown <br /> in the following table, were completed in FY 99.
