The project also includes construction of a new downstream intake <br /> structure on Chicago Creek delivering reservoir water to the Idaho Springs treatment facility. The <br /> I project, designed by Arber and Associates of Denver,was awarded to Duckles Construction Co. of <br /> Steamboat Springs in December 1996. <br /> Project Data <br /> ISponsor:. City of Idaho Springs County: Clear Creek River: Chicago Creek <br /> ITerms of Loan: $130,000 @ 4.75%for 3 yrs. Substantial Completion Date:Sept.10, 1997 <br /> Design Engineer: Arber and Associates,Inc. -Denver, Colorado <br /> IConstruction Contractor: Duckles Construction Company,Inc. - Steamboat Springs, Colorado <br /> I Design Criteria: 20 in. dia.
