4.6 Completed Construction Project Loans <br /> The CWCB Construction Fund was established by the General Assembly in 1971 to provide low , <br /> interest, long-term loans to water users for the development of water projects. The first project was <br /> completed in 1977. By the end.of.FY98, the fund provided over$122.9 million in loan financing <br /> for 172 water projects. A list of the completed projects financed through loans from the <br /> Construction Fund is shown in Appendix A. <br /> Thirteen CWCB Construction Fund loans representing over $4.2 million, as shown in the <br /> following table,were completed in FY 98. Additional details about these completed project loans <br /> are located in Appendix B.
