The CWCB carries out most of its statutory responsibilities through the following major
programs: I
Water Project Construction Loan Program
Office of Water Conservation Demonstration Grant Program I
Agricultural Efficiency Demonstration Grant Program
Interstate Streams Investigation Program
Floodplain Management Program
Instream Flow/Natural Lake Level Program
The CWCB also actively participates in the following federal programs: I
Salinity Control Program
Endangered Fish and Recovery Implementation Programs
National Flood Insurance Program
1.6 Annual Report
Although HB 96-1167 terminated the requirement for periodic reports to the General Assembly, I
the purpose of this annual report is to provide information concerning the use and status of the
Construction Fund.
