Water Resources and Power Dev. Authority Act <br /> CRS 37-95-107 Colo. Water Resources and Power Dev. Authority Act <br /> CRS 37-96-103 State Projects Water Conservation in Landscaping Act <br /> CRS 37-97 103 Water Metering Act <br /> Furthermore, beginning in 1987 the Executive Director of the Department of Natural <br /> Resources (DNR) delegated to the CWCB the authority to administer his responsibilities under <br /> CRS, Title 36, Article 20, Weather Modification Act of 1972. <br /> 1.4 Customers <br /> The Board's customers include the General Assembly, the Board members, the Board staff, <br /> other state agencies, cities and counties, water conservation and conservancy districts, water user <br /> groups, and the general public.
