3.5 Loan Disbursements <br /> A total of$22.4 million in disbursements from the Construction Fund were made for construction <br /> projects,non-reimbursable projects, and investigations in FY 95-96. The first project was <br /> completed in 1977. By the end of FY95-96,the fund provided over$ 96.2 million in financing for <br /> over 137 water projects.
