These bonds have <br /> Ivarying maturities through October 1, 2022. They are paying 5% annual percentage <br /> interest and were redeemable at the option of the District after April 1, 1993 at par. <br /> All refunded bonds have been paid and accordingly, no defeased debt is outstanding. <br /> I <br /> Note Payable—State of Colorado <br /> The Colorado Water Conservation Board has advanced the District funds for the <br /> construction of a water treatment and distribution system.
