The following amounts represent the net effect of these differences in the <br /> treatment of long-term debt and related items: <br /> ' Premium on bonds issued 4,158 <br /> Debt issue costs (24,638) (20,480) <br /> Rent revenue for governmental funds is recognized when measurable and available. <br /> ' However,in the Statement of Activities,rent revenue is recognized over the term of the <br /> lease.
