<br /> 1 The City offers a deferred compensation plan through ICMA Retirement Corporation under Internal Revenue Code
<br /> 457. Participation in this plan is voluntary for all City employees. The City does not contribute to this plan.

<br /> NOTE 10 POST-EMPLOYMENT HEALTH CARE BENEFITS
<br /> 1 All City employees covered by COBRA insurance may continue their health insurance after a reduction in work
<br /> hours or termination of employment. The City recognizes no cost for such coverage, as the premium cost is
<br /> reimbursed 100%to the City for the extended coverage period on those electing to continue COBRA coverage.
