Water Returns is requesting $29,900 to <br /> implement a Landscape/Irrigation evaluation and reporting program. Water Returns will <br /> implement this project with partner water utilities: Security Water District, Donala Water& <br /> Sanitation District and the City of Fountain. <br /> Water Returns intends to provide up to 60 landscape and/or irrigation consultations and <br /> evaluations over a two year period and assist water customers achieve conservation objectives. <br /> The evaluations will provide the customers with the education to save water immediately and <br /> receive further assistance to install water efficient landscapes and/or irrigation systems. The <br /> evaluations and reports will assist the three utility partners in monitoring water use which can be <br /> included in the entities HB-1051 reporting. <br /> The total project cost is $71,750. Water Returns and contributing partners have pledged 58% <br /> matching funds in the form of in-kind services totaling $41,850. CWCB staff has reviewed and <br /> evaluated the grant application and has determined that the proposal meets or exceeds the CWCB <br /> guidelines for reviewing grant proposals.
