The average annual consumptive use per GIC share was determined <br /> to be 10.31 acre-feet. <br /> The GIC owns 60 preferred rights in Fossil Creek Reservoir that are delivered during the <br /> irrigation season to shareholders on a pro rata basis. <br /> The Colorado Decision Support System (CDSS) provides so-called straight-line <br /> diagrams that show the various river diversions and other pertinent features of managing <br /> the Division 1 rivers.
