and thereafter further survey work was prosecuted with reasonable
diligence, and claim was made for the storage of water dating
from July 6, 1926,. but, upon objection, and after hearing,
the claimant, Pine River Irrigation District, stipulated and
agreed that the priority date for said reservoir should be
November 13, 1935, from which time the appropriation- of water
thereby shall date.
9, And further concerning the construction of said Vallecit
Reservoir the Referee further finds the same was constructed for
of sufficient capacity for the proposed irrigation of an additior.
6113 acres of land under said reservoir and capable of being
• irrigated therefrom but to which water has not been applied, and
for stock water and domestic. purposes; and that said reservoir,
• under and by virtue of said construction, is entitled to a -
Conditional Decree therefor to be derived from Claimant's herein
awarded storage rights when available only in said reservoir for
direct irrigation of said 6113 acres of land in addition to said
38,866,Q06 acres now irrigated.
10. That said VALLECITO RESERVOIR should be. numbered as
RESERVOIR NO. 1, and should be awarded RESERVOIR APPROPRIATION
PRIORITY NO. 1965-1, in said Water District No. 31, and decreed

date of November 13, 1935.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
That the said VALLECITO RESERVOIR is hereby numbered as
RESERVOIR NO. 1, also designated as "Pine River Dam" , for storag
purposes for irrigation, domestic, stock water and other benofic
use by the users and members of Claimant, Pine River Irrigation
District, and parties lawfully entitled to the enjoyment thereof
and for the purpose of supplying domestic and other beneficial
use to the Towns of Bayfield and Ignacio, Colorado, by virtue
