We have not made or undertaken to make y investigation of the state <br /> of title to the p -mises or property, or to the personal property hich is the subject of the <br /> original loan an. we express no opinion with respect to title, to t e property, to the personal <br /> property, or to he priority of the lien created by any of the original or amended loan <br /> documents. <br /> C.
