The compiled information on each geographic unit will be distributed
to the Regional Sponsor having field responsibility for each unit. The Regional
Sponsor will select a set of regional judges that will use the compiled information
to rate problem severity and urgency within each geographic unit from a regional
and State viewpoint. The regional rating procedures will be identical to those
used in Step 03 to rate problem severity and urgency from a national viewpoint.
The results of the regional rating activities will be supplied to the NPAC for use
in the national rating process and for summarization in the national report of the
1975 Assessment.
