SCHEDULE OF A.0 TIVITIES <br />Figure 2 shows a schedule for completing the assessment in <br />30 months, including startup time and review periods. The first 3 <br />months of the initial year will be used in starting the A equacy Analysis <br />(Steps 02A. and 02B), completing Regional Work Plans, and making a <br />literature review. The next 15 months will be used to complete the Ade- <br />quacy Analysis and prepare for conducting the Rating of Problem Severity <br />and Urgency (Step 03) during the next 6 months. The last 6 months of the <br />study will be used to determine the extent of the national interest in help- <br />ing to provide the capability to resolve problems and in preparing the <br />assessment reports. The environmental impact statement will be devel- <br />oped throughout the assessment and will be reviewed and published simul- <br />taneously with the assessment reports, <br />
