Pump Coating Failure <br />• Immediate Corrective Plan <br />• USBR to select three different coatings to apply for a test <br />• Coat three areas (3 "x 6 ") on both top casings <br />• Apply coating following manufactures preparation & <br />application instructions <br />• Selected Coatings: Belzona Super metal glide, 3M Thortex <br />Cerami -Tech HG & 3M Cerami -Tech FG <br />• Let coating dry and cure <br />• Install (epoxy) a coatings pull tab on each coating <br />• Conduct adhesion test <br />• Select coating based on pull test results and other <br />factors <br />
