Eligible water activities include but are not limited <br />2 tor; the following: <br />3 (A) Competitive grants for environmental compliance and <br />4 feasibility studies; <br />5 (B) Technical assistance regarding permitting, feasibility studies, <br />6 and environmental compliance; <br />7 (C) Studies or analyses of structural, nonstructural, consumptive, <br />8 and nonconsumptive water needs, projects, or activities; and <br />9 (D) Structural and nonstructural water projects or activities. <br />10 (II) On or before October 31 of each year, commencing with the <br />11 year 2010, the board shall consult with the interbasin compact committee <br />12 to produce the annual report required by section 37 -75 -105 (4), C.R.S., <br />13 regarding how moneys in the aeeotmt FUND were allocated in the previous <br />14 twelve -month period. <br />15 SECTION 20.
