The degree of repair ranges from minor modifications to full replacement. I�I some cases modernization of equipment is required. To help identify which items were necessary two studies were performed: a canal evaluation and the Farmers' High Line Master Plan. The results of the canal evaluation were reported in the September 4, 2008 memoranduin. Canal modifications were outlined in the Farmers' High Line Canal Master Plan, dated November 4, 2009. Key structures which were identified to be in need of repair include: ■ Club Crest storm drain crossing ■ The headworks on Clear Creelc ■ The Van Bibber Creelc siphon ■ The Ralston Creelc siphon ■ Burlington Northern Railroad siphon ■ Tree removal Alteri7atives evaluated to address repair of each of these stn�ctures is presented below. Club Crest Storm Drain Crossin� Because the culvert near Carr Street and the Club Crest neighborhood was exposed ii7 the invert of the canal and in an advanced state of deterioration, immediate repair was necessary.
