Item No. 4 of the Amended Stipulation and Item 8.b. of the original Stipulation requires bi-monthly reports be submitted to the Division Engineer on progress made toward fulfilling each step of the plan. The Stipulation outlines certain permitting and engineering and financing activities necessary to increase the storage capacity of Bull Creek Reservoirs Nos. 1, 2 and 4 to allow for storage of the full decreed amount of the subject water rights. As reported May 10, 2005, work was temporarily halted after funding through CWCB was put on hold. Therefore the only work performed during this reporting period was effort by the Reservoir Company to secure short term "bridge" financing. To this end a Reservoir Stockholders meeting has been announced with the requisite 30 days prior notice and is scheduled for July 23, 2005. No meaningful updated schedule can be given until funding issues are resolved.
