CONTRACT AMENDMENT
This Amendment, made this 30 day of April, 2001 or the date of the State Controllers signature, which ever is
later, by and between the State of Colorado for the use and benefit of the Colorado Water Conservation
Board_hereinafter referred to as the State, Boyle Engineering Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the
contractor.
Factual Recitals
Authority exists in the Law and Funds have been budgeted, appropriated and otherwise made available for
payment in Fund Number 424, Appropriation Code CRC, Contract Encumbrance Number CO10000047; and
Required approval, clearance, and coordination has been accomplished from and with appropriate agencies;
and Boyle Engineering Corporation. Attached is the original contract, Exhibit"A".
The original contract is being amended to include a new task that allows for the contractor to do preliminary
checking of the daily water allocation model, StateMod.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed that
1. Consideration for this Amendment to the Original Contract, CE Number CO10000047, Contract
Routing Number 00047, dated 12-20-2000 consists of the payments which shall be made pursuant
to this amendment and the promises and agreements herein set forth.
2. It is expressly agreed by the parties that this Amendment is supplemental to the Original Contract
Number CO1000004, dated 12-20-2000 which is, by this reference, made a part hereof, and
identified as Exhibit "A". All terms, conditions, and provisions thereof, unless specifically modified
herein, are to apply to this amendment as though they were expressly rewritten, incorporated, and
included herein.
3. It is agreed the Original Contract is and shall be modified, altered, and changed in the following
respects only:
a. To include new task listed in Exhibit"B", with an addition cost of$8,145.
b. Total Cost for,whicn includes the new task, totals $88,830.
4. The effective date of the Amendment is April 30, 2001 or the date of the State Controllers signature,
which ever is later.
