Under the provisions of the <br /> wildlife mitigation statute 37-60-122.2 C.R.S., the Board on July 24, 2002 adopted the mitigation <br /> plan as the state's official position. <br /> Ms. Jan Illian of my office will be in contact with you in the near future to discuss the grant <br /> contract and disbursement of funds.
