OVERVIEW
WETLANDS HANDBOOK AND SLIDE SHOW
RATIONALE
The handbook and slide show will be written and designed to
complement each other. Both will be created to target approximately
an 8th -grade reading level and to give the general public a basic
understanding of wetlands in Colorado.
The handbook will be 16 pages with a separate cover, utilizing
full -color and black and white photographs, as well as
illustrations, to make its points.
Current design calls for the back cover to be printed so that there
is a pocket or fold that can hold additional material on wetlands.
It is suggested that this format be used for material that may
become dated, such as current wetlands policies.
OUTLINE
I.
