This information is being sent to you in accordance with the <br />October 5, 1955 Stipulation, as amended October 10, 1955, in Consolidated Cases Civil <br />Action Numbers 2782, 5016, and 5017, dated October 12, 1955. The following table <br />provides a brief summary of Denver's diversion, use, return flow, and successive use of <br />Colorado River water and this year's comparison with the average. Also shown are monthly totals for: 1) the <br />carrying charges assessed by the State Engineer on these diversions, 2) the portion used <br />directly, and 3) the amount of Fraser - Williams Fork water previously stored and <br />subsequently released for use in the Denver area.
