Questions <br />seeking to elicit evidence that will be useful to the Board in making its findings and <br />determinations will be favored. Argumentative questions will be disfavored. <br />5. Board Deliberations <br />The hearing record will close upon commencement of the Board's deliberations. <br />Consequently, the Board members will not ask questions of the Parties or their <br />representatives during deliberations, although they may ask questions of Board staff <br />members. <br />PLEASE NOTE: <br />It is expected that throughout the hearing the Chair will call breaks as appropriate. It is <br />likely that the hearing will continue while the Board members eat their lunch.
