The documents have been stamped "PAID IN <br />FULL" denoting that the terms of the agreement have been satisfied in full by the Town. <br />Attached is the Time Certificate of Deposit, Account No. 8500269, issue date November <br />7, 2000, in the deposit amount of $112,706.97.
