Project <br />completion is estimated to occur by April 1, 2014. A temporary coffer dam is in place so that the <br />Consolidated Home Supply Ditch and Reservoir Company can divert water to Lone Tree, <br />Mariano, Lon Hagler Reservoirs using our No. 1 priority from the river on November 1, 2013. <br />The City of Loveland only has enough water stored for 6 months. They also need this structure <br />repaired. <br />Economic, Social, and Environmental Effects <br />If this structure isn't repaired this winter, farmers in portion of Larimer and Weld Counties will <br />not be able to plant their crops - thus local agriculture will not exist and local farmers will go
