Please provide a brief narrative description of sources of funding, in addition to the CWCB, which have been explored for this project (Examples would be Banks, USDA Rural Development,NRCS, Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, Colorado Division of Local Government,etc.). Local Banks have been approached, with short term, small loans, approved; NRCS was approached but the Company cannot afford the match required; Colorado Water River Conservation District approved a $10,000 grant; Application filed for a Water Supply Reserve Account Grant with the Gunnison Basin Roundtable, through the Colorado Water Conservation Board. A grant application to the Gunnison Basin Roundtable was approved on March 4,2013 for the amount of$38,000.At that time the Gunnison Basin Roundtable recommended to the Colorado Water Conservation Board the approval of a grant from the State Fund for the balance of the estimated costs for final design and construction oversight as well as construction costs for an amount of$232,687.The cost breakdown follows: Engineering Estimate-Final Design&Construction Oversight $ 53,500 Construction Estimate: +$230,937 Total estimated costs $284,437 GB grant - $ 38,000 CWCB grant application $232,687 A grant application for$79,444 was also filed with the Colorado River Water Conservation District but was not approved for funding. The Water Supply Reserve Account grant application for funding from the State Fund is still pending. If funding from that pending grant application is granted, the amount of the loan request to the Colorado Water Conservation Board will be adjusted or withdrawn accordingly. 4.
