The District has made inquiry of First National Bank in Trinidad - Huerfano Branch <br />concerning a bridge loan for the water right purchase should CWCB lending not be available prior to closing of the water rights purchase. <br />In addition, the District has received a $5000 grant from CWCB's Feasibility Study Small Grant Fund under CWCB Policy Number 17. <br />4. What collateral will you be offering for this loan? Possibilities include a pledge of revenues, <br />the project itself, real estate, water rights. Pledge of annual general fund tax revenues generated <br />from 2.128 mill property tax assessment. Annual tax revenues are $243,601.
