Construction is expected <br />in November 2013 and to be completed before water is turned on in May 2014. <br />Permitting <br />All asements and rights of way are being arranged. The Company expects to be exempt from 404 <br />per itting by statutory exemption, 33 CFR Section 323.4(a) 3. This will be confirmed with the Army <br />Cor s of Engineers.
