for the consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, does hereby SELL and CONVEY to the
State of colorado, Grantee, and its assigns, the following property situate

in the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, to wit:
a. Water Transmission Pipeline from Water Treatment
Plant to Elevated Storage Tank.
Description: A ten inch pipeline running
roughly east from the water treatment plant
became an eight inch line approximately 150 west
of the east edge of the Denver Mountain Parks
property and any other extensions unit such line
shall reach the elevated storage tank. The pipe-
line would be further described as:
,Mw (1) 940 + linear feet (L.F.) 10" D.I.P.
(2) 13857+ L.F. 8" D.I.P.
(3) 480 + L.F. 6" D.I.P.
(4) 20 + 3/4' services.
b. Water Meters.
Water meters servicing each individual service
within the Town.
C. Existing Clear Water Storage Facilities.
These tanks are further described as:
(1) 250,000 gallon tank near water
treatment plant.
(2) 110,000 gallon tank elevated storage
tank.
d. Raw Water Transmission Line from Raw Water Reservoir to
Water Treatment Plant.
This property would include the pump station
constructed to pump raw water from the reservoir
to a point upstream of the water treatment plant.
This property would be further described as:
(1) Pump Station
(2) 240 + L.F. 6" D.I.P.
(3) 1120 + L.F. existing_ 6" D.I.P.
(41_ 800 + L.F. existing 4" D.I.P.
TOGETHER WITH entire interest of the Town in and to all and
singular, the tenements hereditaments, easements, rights of way, rights,
privileges and appurten ces to the real property on which these facilities
may be,and WARRANT the ti le to the same.
