Award March 4, 2010 - $1,900,000 <br />ii. Current contract value - $2,900,000 <br />(a). Obligated $1M at the end of FY 10 as a place holder, actual price TBD <br />(b). Negotiations pending, NTP for construction directed by mod <br />1. Pre -Award Consultation to follow <br />(c). Costs higher than estimated due to DOI Guiding Principles and estimate <br />based on conceptual design <br />1. Preliminary Tri-State budget estimate - $1.6 million <br />ii. The relocation is complete <br />iii. Final total billing - $1,464,248 <br />(a). Below budget <br />(b). More than CCE budget <br />(c). This is due to the PCC's decision to relocate the whole line out of the basin <br />rather than just part of it <br />k. Mitigation Area Farm Management <br />i. FY2010 value is $30,000 <br />ii. Continues through September 2012 <br />iii. This will transfer to O &M after construction activities wrap up <br />1. Lake Nighthorse Boundary Fencing <br />i. Awarded April 29, 2010 - $441,961 <br />ii. Duration is through April 2011 <br />iii. Scope is to partially fence the property boundary <br />iv. Current contract value - $441,961 <br />v. Earnings to date - $269,805 <br />vi. 61 % complete <br />m. Security and Communications Contract <br />i. Awarded contract June 29, 2009 - $539,079 <br />ii. Contract duration is through February 28, 2011 <br />iii. Current contract value - $553,057 <br />iv. Earnings to date - $515,694 <br />v. Installation complete with the exception of a T1 for the communications <br />portion and 2 trips for maintenance scheduled <br />n. Association representation <br />i. Awarded January 7, 2010 - $300,000 <br />
