CONTRACT PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE
The negotiated schedule for the Design, Construction and Commissioning of the Permanent
Operating Facility, as provided for within the subject contract No. R10AV40R04, provides for
the following delivery schedule. In no event shall commissioning of the facility occur after July
31,2011:
