3. Said pledged revenues from use fees shall be placed in a special account separate <br />and apart from other District or Enterprise revenues; <br />4. The Enterprise shall make the annual payments required by the promissory note <br />and shall make annual deposits to a debt service reserve fund; <br />5. The Enterprise shall execute all documents, including a Security Agreement, <br />necessary to convey a security interest in pledged revenues to the CWCB, and the President of <br />the Board is hereby authorized to execute all such documents on behalf of the Enterprise, <br />including a Security Agreement, necessary to convey such a security interest in said pledged <br />revenues to the CWCB; <br />6. The President of the Board is hereby authorized to- execute all documents as <br />required by the Loan Contract, including, but not limited t ©,.a S"fity kgraement and a <br />Promissory Note; <br />7. The Enterprise shall take such other actions and execute such other documents as <br />may be necessary to consummate and implement the loan; dnd <br />8.
