The.amount_Qf water claimed for initial storage in <br />Howardsville Reservoir is 93,700 acre -feet and the amount of water <br />claimed for annual use from storage in Howardsville Reservoir is <br />90,700 acre -feet. An additional 90,700 acre -feet of water is claimed <br />for annual use, from storage.in Howardsville Reservoir whenever <br />capacity in sa:.d reservoir_ is available for refilling. The source <br />of all such water claimed is the Animas River and all tributaries <br />to the Animas River which flow into the Animas River at points <br />which will be inundated by Howardsville Reservoir. <br />2.
