Animas Mountain Reservoir, Falls Creek Diversion Dam and Canal,
Junction Creek Diversion Dam and Pipeline; McDermott Canal, Red
Mesa Canal, Hay Gulch Reservoir, Dry Side Canal,.Ponds Canal, Ute
Canal, Meadows Diversion Dam and Canal, Meadows Reservoir and
Meadows Canal, claimed by THE SOUTHWESTERN WATER CONSERVATION
DISTRICT, whose address is La Plata County Court House, 1060

MR. EAKES: Mr. Referee, in Civil Action No. 1751-B, the adjudication
of water rights in Water.District No. 30 of the Animas River I wish
to ask permission at this time to file an Amended Statement of Claim.
