Page 8 <br />2.4.2 Notice. Whenever any notice is required to be provided under this Agreement, <br />such notice shall be provided in writing, or by facsimile transmission to the following addresses, or <br />such other addresses as may be designated by a party through written notice. Notices shall be <br />deemed received when personally delivered, or when transmitted by facsimile; or three (3) days after <br />being deposited in a U. S. Postal Service depository, to be sent by certified mail, return receipt <br />requested by the addressee, with all required postage prepaid, or (1) one business day after having <br />been sent by overnight courier. In <br />recognition of the substantial interest of the Purchaser in matters relating to the construction, <br />operation, and maintenance of the Project, the Authority will notify the Purchaser of the activities of <br />the Project Coordination Committees established pursuant to Article 4 of the Funding Agreement, <br />and will, to the extent possible, allow the Purchaser to provide input to the Project Coordination <br />Committees. <br />
