Billing: Pursuant to Section 6.4 of the Contract, the Animas -La Plata Operation, Maintenance, and Replacement Association will be billed monthly on the Runoff Period
Allocation or Non -Runoff Period Allocation and the actual energy used in each month of the Runoff Period and Non -Runoff Period respectively.
Periodic Short-Term Pumping: Pursuant to Section 8 of the Contract, the Contractor may periodically arrange for short term purchases. The cost of these purchases will be
included in the bill for the month in which the purchases are made.
