This committee has provided and will provide <br />12 coor fination and consultation on the construction activities among all the project beneficiaries, <br />13 seek ng common understanding and consensus on decisions associated with such items as final <br />14 plan for Project Works, project construction completion schedule, and Project construction <br />15 <br />16 'Project Operator" means the Association operating the Project Works. <br />17 T)" <br />'Project Water" means all water provided through the Animas -La Plata Project. <br />18 ) 'Project Works" means all works or facilities as described in the Settlement Act, as <br />19 ame ded, to be constructed under the Project, including a reservoir, a pumping plant, a reservoir <br />20 inlet conduit, and appurtenant facilities with sufficient capacity to divert and store water from the <br />21 Ani as River for an average annual depletion of 57,100 acre -feet of water to be used for a <br />22 municipal and industrial water supply, together with lands and rights -of -way for such works, as <br />23 described in Article 2 herein. <br />i! <br />
