) "Operation and Maintenance Facilities" or "Permanent Operations Facility" means.

6 i) 'Project" means the Animas -La Plata Project, a participating project of the Colorado

9 ) "Project Construction Committee" means the committee made up of representatives of
10 thosi entities that have been identified by the Settlement Act, as amended, to receive a water
11 allo (ation and the Bureau of Reclamation. This committee has provided and will provide
12 coor fination and consultation on the construction activities among all the project beneficiaries,
13 seek ng common understanding and consensus on decisions associated with such items as final
14 plan for Project Works, project construction completion schedule, and Project construction
15
16 'Project Operator" means the Association operating the Project Works.

'Project Water" means all water provided through the Animas -La Plata Project.
18 ) 'Project Works" means all works or facilities as described in the Settlement Act, as
19 ame ded, to be constructed under the Project, including a reservoir, a pumping plant, a reservoir
20 inlet conduit, and appurtenant facilities with sufficient capacity to divert and store water from the
21 Ani as River for an average annual depletion of 57,100 acre -feet of water to be used for a
22 municipal and industrial water supply, together with lands and rights -of -way for such works, as
23 described in Article 2 herein.
