SUMMARY OF THE ALLOCATIONS OF PROJECT PARTICIPANTS: <br />Congress allocated A -LP water as an "average annual depletion" limit on eensumptive <br />use of Project water by each of the seven Project Participants, with a 57,100 of "average annual <br />depletion" limit for the overall Project.
