Re: Association Comments on the Draft Protocol
Dear Bruce,
The Association has reviewed the State Engineer's Draft Protocol for Administration of the ALP
Project ( "Draft Protocol "). As we have stated previously, we appreciate the thoroughness and
thoughtfulness of the Draft Protocol and are generally pleased with the overall scheme. We do,
however, have a few comments, outlined on the attached document.
Individual members of the Association may have additional comments and concerns but these
are our current thoughts, subject to change. These are draft comments, not for public
distribution, as we have not responded to the State Engineer's request to provide these same
comments.
