Annexation <br />The annexation of the property shall be as specifically set forth on the annexation plat for <br />the Animas -La Plata Pump Station Addition. <br />C. Initial Zonine <br />1. Zoning of the annexed property shall be considered an initial zoning and shall be <br />consistent with the goals, policies, and land use designations of the Durango <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />2. The ordinance enacting the zoning of the property to be annexed shall not be finally <br />adopted by the City Council prior to the date of final adoption of the annexation <br />ordinance, but the annexation ordinance may include the zoning ordinance for the <br />annexed property. <br />3. The requested zoning designation of PB, Public shall be applied to the property and <br />shall become effective ten (10) days following final reading of the annexation <br />ordinance. <br />D.
