The parties have executed a stipulation in Case Nos. 97CW290 and 98CW97 <br />(Consolidated), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein. <br />2. SolVista and the District consent to the entry of a decree in this case that contains terms <br />and conditions no less restrictive than the draft decree attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />3. This stipulation shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors, and assigns. <br />4. SolVista, Inc. and the District shall remain on the mailing list in this case and shall be <br />provided with a copy of any proposed referee's ruling and/or decree in this matter, and shall <br />remain parties to this case to ensure compliance with this stipulation. <br />5.
