County of Denver acting by and through its Board of Water Commissioners ( "Denver ")
stipulate and agree as follows:
1. Denver agrees to the entry of a decree in this case that is no less restrictive than the
draft decree attached to this stipulation and marked as Exhibit A.
2. This stipulation shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors, and assigns.
