Lessee shall not assign, transfer, or sublet this CBT Lease or the <br />water yielded by the CBT Units without first receiving the prior written consent of the Lessor. <br />Assigiunents within CCWCD between GMS and /or WAS is pre - approved by vidue of this lease. <br />12. Comple te Agreement and Modifications. This CBT Lease constitutes the entire <br />agreement between the parties concerning the CBT Units and supersedes any and all prior <br />negotiations and understandings. No supplement, modification, or amendment of this CBT <br />Lease shall be binding unless executed in writing by the parties. No waiver of ally of the <br />provisions of this CBT Lease shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, <br />whether or not similar, or shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be <br />binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver. <br />11. Compliance With Laws and Regulations.
